y´m a litle bit crazy, and cars don't have limits for my

y have a honda civic 2 generacion with 1.4 soch with dual carboration

a a4 b5 1.6 arm silver lack

and my jewel the r4 tdi project, a simple a4 with tecnology never seem in this model


model: a4 b5 avant facelift
engine: 2,5 v6 tdi eu3 AKN
gearbox: 5 speed tiptronic etz 5hp19
interior: minerva converted to black onix
exterior: green cactus perled efect, with s4 complete body


changes:

s4 look
recaros
2010 rns-s with bluetooth, tv-tuner and rear view cam
folding mirrors
end catback from miltek sports
bbs ch 18 et 35 8,5
complete black interior
auto lights
ttrs steering whel with working multifuncion and shift padels
hks camp management system

complete xenon retrofit with alwr and headlights washer

Very nice. Mine is also a Facelift but Limo and AFB engine, but same colour.
The rims fit perfect on your car i must say. Did you modify the engine? If yes what kind of modifications have you bolt on there?

I am just wondering: by how many millimeters did you lower the car? Did you do this only by adding lowering springs or with a entirely new suspension system? (I'm looking forward to lower mine one by 30mm with H&R Springs, maybe you're using them too)

yes my engine has a few modificacions

abt camshafts advanced in exaust by 1 degree
fuel injectors with 7 holes and 26.8mm from r-tec perform
hybrid torque converter
null compensators in gearbox
modified ake injection pump
and modified ecu from 2005 bau allroad

is about 163 horsepower and 375nm

is a litle change of power but for my and for my tiptronic transmission a must

Phiou, looks like you took the whole engine apart ^^ still running on old Camshafts? Do you drive the car without the timing belt's housing?

new camshafts from abt

new injectores

Wizard: which Injectionpump exactly did you use for that modification? You wrote something about AKE Pump and Injectors + A modified BAU ECU . So these components must fullfill a better EURO Exaust-Gases Norm than a4 stock AKN engine though also better than an AFB engine.

Hi wizard:
can you give me some information on your Injectionpump swap you did? Mine one just wrecked and I'm looking for spare, however the AKN or AKE pumps seem to be a little cheaper than the AFB ones. Is it possible to swap them without modifying ECU'S software or is even a modification of pumps ECU software to be done?
